Two Identical Blogs For Testing?

Has anybody set up two indentical sites, but on different domains just for testing purposes? I did a quick google search and couldn’t find any. I think it would be insightful, especially with good adsense, YPN, and A/B testing.
It might also help shed some light on the Cringely experiment and generate some hard numbers for all of the bloggers out there.
I considering doing the experiment.
